EverRise collects assessment responses anonymously, without direct personal identifiers, and reports findings in aggregate to maintain anonymity. This approach allows districts to gain meaningful insights while protecting individual student privacy. EverRise is designed and committed to data minimization and individual privacy, with no personally identifiable information collected. As a part of this commitment, EverRise also works within each educational partner’s established requirements for data access, use, retention, security, deletion, parental rights, and student surveys, ensuring data is used solely to provide services to that partner structured to align with applicable FERPA and COPPA requirements.

EverRise works with educational partners to address applicable federal, state, and local requirements governing student data. As legislation and district requirements evolve, we review applicable requirements and work with our partners to align data collection, access, retention, consent, and reporting processes with their local context. Anonymous-by-design dramatically reduces EverRise’s privacy exposure.

Yes. EverRise works within each partner’s established technology, privacy, security, procurement, and data-governance requirements. During implementation, we collaborate with district leadership to determine appropriate data access, collection, permissions, reporting, retention, and security practices based on district policies and applicable requirements.
